A note from the practice

The instinct in the trade is to sell a treatment before diagnosing the problem. Our approach is the opposite: identify the mechanism first, then choose the least-intrusive, longest-lasting remedy. Not every damp patch needs an injected DPC; not every crack needs underpinning.
