A basic condition report using traffic-light ratings. Suitable for newer, conventional properties in apparently good order. No repair-cost advice is provided at this level.
Our most popular survey. A detailed inspection with defects, advice, and guidance on repairs and ongoing maintenance.
An in-depth structural survey for older, larger, altered or unusual properties — with repair options and indicative costs.

Inspection of passive fire protection including fire-stopping, cavity barriers, compartment walls and floors, helping landlords and duty-holders maintain building safety compliance.
Targeted investigations into specific defects such as cracks, dampness, structural movement, roofing failures and condensation.
Fees
RICS Home Surveys start from £350 for Level 1, £525 for Level 2 and £750 for Level 3. Specialist services are quoted once we understand the scope.
